This tree represents the core of our practice and approach: helping individuals flourish and stay grounded in the face of adversity and life's unexpected challenges. Life can be difficult, but we support individuals in navigating these hardships with grace, resilience, and strength.
Meet Dr. Ritenour
Tabatha Ritenour, Psy.D., PMH-C
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 16 years of experience dedicated to helping adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and unexpected life circumstances. This includes supporting individuals dealing with special needs in children, traumatic events, grief or loss, and medical diagnoses.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a warm and collaborative environment where clients can heal, build resilience, and rediscover themselves. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR therapy and certified in Perinatal Mental Health. My goal is to help clients live their lives to the fullest.
